training for weeks in the louisana swamps
live gun fire, live grenades
dividing up in teams
one side the americans, the other gooks
recreating in vivid detail the horrors of Vietnam
designed to turn our fighting men into tigers
turning my dad into a mental case
breaking instead of making him

HARD REALITY
world wide tensions
exploding every where
from the middle east
to the united states
to western Europe
to the cradle of
western civilization:
Greece
the old ways
the old solutions
spent, burnt out, kaput
no longer able to bomb, kill
lie, bribe our way through
we are naked, we are exposed
desperately holding on to our:
religion, guns, and high tech gadgets
as our political and social circus
goes on and on
finding it harder and harder
to distract the masses
from hard reality
exploding every where

Senator Buthoius there is a matter of great importance I need immediate action on. There is a local man that keeps gathering unauthorized people into our temple when not in use claiming he is the son of god.
But which one? Athena, Hera. This strange man will not say. He also claims there is just one God; any good Roman knows this is plain wrong.
As you know Winter Solstice is almost here. You know what a blast I, you, and the other Senators have at this thing. I just want to get rid of that nuisance as soon as possible. I hope we can resolve this matter soon.
